It says 24/7 but it wasnt open at 7.55 this morning, saturday, when I visited to hand in a lost bag. So, I'm stuck with someone else's bag and my connecting train leaves in 10 minutes. Thank goodness for a live SBB person at the info booth who helped.

Habe meine Jacke gestern (09.03.2020) gesucht, da sie gestohlen wurde und eventuell in einem Zug gelassen wurde. Die Frau am Schalter hatte null Verständnis dafür. Absolut katastrophaler Service. Die Person vor mir wurde auch überhaupt nicht geholfen. Schade!
