As a newly wed one of the things I have learnt is how the whole process of planning a wedding is influenced by the people a bride to be surrounds herself with. I was fortunate in that not only did I find the right dress,the right bridal shop but most importantly the fantastic Chiara.The boutique’s setting and ambience is of course exemplary but what stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff.Chiara was like a shining diamond that went beyond ‘just the dress.’She gently advised and made suggestions about my bridal hair,nails...rather like a honest best friend.She always had a smile on her face and unending patience;and as a truly nervous bride she was brilliant at putting me at ease.The absolute finishing touch for me is was when she hand wrote a step by step guide to putting on my dress for my bridesmaids who could not attend the fittings.Chiara wanted my day to be perfect and thanks to her angelic touch it was.It was a day full of laughter,joy and much love.Chiara I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of that journey.You were simply the best and any future bride will be truly blessed to have you right beside her. I had already had a few appointments for wedding gowns before I came to Liluca in June 2017. They had the best service! All personnel was very helpful and friendly. I was consulted by Tamuna and she was absolutely lovely! I believe she really cared and she was trying to find a dress that would fit me and the style of the wedding instead of just trying sell me any dress. She was always around, helping and giving me really good advice. I liked her approach and the whole atmosphere there and the mood was just right, easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.
Most unfriendly store for bridal gowns I have been to. The dresses were more expensive than in other stores (same dress) and hours for tailoring were more expensive as well. Additionally they suggest more hours for tailoring than other stores, which offered atelier as well. Personal note: I got the impression that they tried to sell me the much more expensive dress even it looked worse and the tailoring would have been costlier. Furthermore they had an argument regarding the tailoring (price, hours) with another bride while I was there. I would not recommend it at all. Positive side note: it was easy to get an appointment.
