The waiter that speaks like 6 languages is the main reason to visit this place. He’s very nice and provides a great service (the guy that gets you to your seat not so much). Food is good, although the fondue lacks a bit of flavor.

It was a very hot day and I chose cool dishes (well, escargots were hot). They were both tasty, and staff was attentive. Seems to be a restaurant popular with many tourists.
Great chinoise fondue, reasonable price. Unfortunately they do not accept Postcard as a payment method and I had to pay cash instead :(
Cute from the outside, huge once inside but so cosy! Really nice, fast and helpful staff. We had good wine and really nice dishes: steak and a cheese fondue. Amazing! Recommended!

Worst staff/service I’ve experienced in Zurich - really disappointed. The person that met us at the door with the tattooed hand should learn lessons in manners.
Very delicious and authentic Swiss experience. Some Swiss friends took me for the fondue experience. They larger pots have a fantastic cheese ratio to make the fondue just perfect. Staff was very friendly and the wine pairing was excellent.
Everything perfect! They also adjusted the fondue to our wishes, as we wanted less garlic. Very good prices for Zurich. Totally recommended!
