One of the most authentic and traditional restaurants in Zürich with a rich history and delicious plates. The food is quite fine, the ambience is cozy and nice and the service is excellent. Although a bit pricey but still definitely worth it and highly recommended.

Swiss cuisine to its best. History and art, mixed with great food and wines. A very special place for special occasions. The staff is very nice, attentive and knowledgeable.

We had the veal steak with morel sauce, breaded veal escalope, grilled fillet of sea bass for our mains. Our favourite was the sea bass, which was succulent and delicious. The veal steak with morel sauce is meant to be a house special and a must-have. For dessert we treated ourselves to chocolate mousse and caramel pudding (creme caramel). Both were very good. Fair pricing given the service, history, and location.
We enjoyed drinks at the bar. It was very authentic and original. Very friendly and good waiters. Good for a calm talk out of the busy zurich.
It is a dedicated experience and the restaurant has been in my bucket list for 5 years. I finally made it and dined in this renowned place. Eating with paintings and dined in an artsy atmosphere, I enjoyed the whole delightful experience. The seasonal menu matches the hot summer and cools down. I would highly recommend.
This restaurant was amazing. From the atmosphere to the food and the service, everything was great. The inside is a wooden decorated space with 2 big rooms. There are paintings from famous painters on the walls, which takes you on a time travel. The food was delicious I had the veal which comes with rosti. The sizes of the servings were the biggest I have ever seen. They were also very delicious. Our waiter was very polite and attentive. Overall this was a great experience. I highly recommend it.
One of the best restaurants I ever been in the world, really! Decoration is so classy and powerful, costumer service is the best we ever had, they were so nice and patient explaining us the menu and serving us and the food extraordinary and delicious. The hole experience was amazing, lovely and grate. All together gave me and my husband a beautiful dinner. We'll be coming back.
