After being with iway for 2 years and having to constantly deal with my devices being blocked from the internet, Their team instead of resolving the problem decided to quit. The support team at first was decent but they never resolved the issue. The internet was fast and good when it wasn't blocking my devices. It's a shame.
We have been working with iWay for years. This company is by far the easiest telco to work with. The support team can always help and never leaves you hanging. I can only reccomend their products!

I've used iWay through EWZ's fiber network in Zürich and now moved to a place that doesn't have fiber. iWay switched me over to DSL without any complications, sent me a new router immediately and even enabled my DSL signal 15 days earlier than first planned. All it took was one e-mail. Speeds are as advertised and the connection is solid. I rsync a lot of data between two locations and there were never any issues. Support was also always friendly to me.
the internet is extremely slow by sharing in phone and streaming is not possible with out buffer time this is all the time, specially from 18:00 on wards it is completely not working. Their service has gone from bad to worse. most of the time i used my mobile data even to call on whats-app and other social apps.
It is hard to understand why sharing internet via my phone is faster than using iway \glasfaser\ internet. It is so extremely slow, and streaming is basically not possible unless you accept buffer time ... all the time. Their service has gone from bad to worse. It is cheaper and faster to buy a second phone and use it as an internet sharing device for your home.
