The quality of the curtains is really good but the service is utterly disappointing. Several times we had appointments in their shop were the personnel did not even show up (they did not apologize either) and some other times we wrote emails that they did not care to reply. In total it took 3 months since the first time that we arranged an appointment until the time that the curtains where installed in our room. In addition they had a delay of 30 minutes the day of delivery where they did not warn us leading to a huge delay for us at work that caused conflict with our managers. In the end if you want your curtains soon, go to other shop.

We made our three room curtains here - it went from good to horrific. First order was straight forward as we needed simple curtains but with rest of orders we got clear message that a customer here is neither respected nor getting value for money. Seems like you do all the work yourself, beg them to treat you with some decency and then pay for all of it. In short, they dont turn up to meetings arranged, they don’t keep their word on anything they say, curtains took longer than agreed, and they show up to hang curtains when they desire - if pre-agreed appointment had any value! (and yes, its not for free). I hope they treat their Swiss customers betters, because they treat foreigners with no respect. If I knew this from beginning, would have gone to Manor - most materials are the same, curtains are also made in Germany, and they provide good great customer service in English. Curtains are good - but this place is intermediare, they do not make curtains themselves.
