This place is so amazing!!! Its a bit on the pricey side but every penny is worth it as my skin has never been or felt better. The customer service is amazing they are so warm and friendly. I spent one and a half hours in there yesterday :) and am in the process of slowly introducing my family and friends to the shop. Highly recommended!!!!

Individuel and very personal! I am really happy I found them/they(Anne) found me;-) and connected with Olga, who is amazing! Not just an expert, but also very caring human being. She really takes care you, taking into account your personal needs and situation, she can tailor a package of services and products that you would benefit the most.
I get my treatments done in Zürich Individuel and so far Im so satisfied. Real nice and friendly people out there working. The Store Manager Anne Claire is a wonderful woman, knows what she does, real friendly and has great product knowledge to walk you through. Im in love with my skin now. Thank You :)
Amazing products! I tried a lot of things from that shop and all of them were working great! One of the best product is the \platinum silky serum\ I use it every day and it made my face so much better and silkier.
Never went inside, but the lady who approached me on the street was super nice, offered me a free sample and even noticed my hands were dry and offered me a lotion.
The relentlessly pushy sales tactics here are very off-putting.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre, sehr liebvolle Mitarbeitern. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl, wenn man Individuel Cosmetique besucht. Ich bin fasziniert von den Produkten und von den Kundenservice. Ich habe einen Anruf bekommen von Maryam, die in Kundendienst arbeitet und wurde nach meiner Erfahrung gefragt. bis sehr positiv überrascht, dass sie sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit für die Kundschaft anbieten. Danke!
