Service was fast and professional, everybody was kind and helpful there, they explained the details and kept in touch meanwhile my bike was serviced.

I was very pleased with the costumer service. They were very nice and willing to explain stuff in detail. They even offered me coffee. The only downside, they struggle a bit with English - so if you're not a german speaker, you will probably lack the optimal experience.

Bought a helmet and all was ok. They just don't pay any attention to the client at all though. You have to call them even when they're talking to each other in front of you. Bad service, good helmets.

Only draw back is the limited shop space which reduces the selection. However as a garage this is a great place. Staff are friendly and happy to help you. Includes English speaking staff making this my usual garage.
