We family and I have been frequenting this Brocki for years now, both to donate and to purchase from. Today I was made to feel as though I was dropping off garbage and broken items. Instead I had brought a large collection of clothes, shoes, furniture and electronics (a lot unused and all in good condition). We'd called ahead and requested help in unloading the items, but when I turned up at the counter the elderly sorting lady refuse to send help out and shrugged us off. Then when I carried the first items in, she rejected them. I then asked her to come to the car (parked 20m away) to have a look and see if I could leave the heavy items behind. She said she wouldn't. Multiple times she asked if electronics worked, and not just once. The Swiss family donating before me encountered no problems dropping off their boxes, unsorted, and receiving a friendly smile. I understand the need to sort items and turn unsaleable items away, but there's no need to mistreat or demean people. We'll be avoiding this place in the future.

You must pay for the toilette even if you are a customer. Needed to go to toilette so just left without buying anything. One less customer.

When I first started coming here a year or so ago I thought the prices were fair, now I think it is overpriced like most of the other brocki and second hand stuff in Zurich which is a bit of a shame. I saw some stuff that was more expensive than buying it new at jumbo down the street
