I wouldn‘t recommend this place. Dr. Varga was very cold and not welcoming at all. She was in a hurry and didn‘t really take the time to do a thorough check up. When making the appointment, I was promised that I could do a beauty spot removal on the day, instead I now have to book a second appointment because there were 2 other people waiting in the waiting room and she wanted to rush through our appointment to attend to the others. I won‘t be booking a second appointment with them

Ich wurde sehr unfreundliche empfangen. Bevor ich ein \Hallo\ oder ein \guten Tag\ hörte, wurde ich in lautem Ton halb angeschrien ich solle gefälligst meine Maske richtig anziehen. (Die Maske war an, nur die Nase war frei gelegt, da ich der einzige wartende Patient im Warteraum war und keine Gefahr für Irgendjemanden bestand.) Weiter ging es dann mit der Untersuchung. Diese verlief ganz in Ordnung. Ich hatte zwar das Gefühl, dass mein Anliegen die Ärztin nicht wirklich interessiert und Sie einfach schnell fertig sein möchte. Da ich mich im Vorfeld aber gut informiert habe, konnte ich die Untersuchung gut steuern. Ganz Schlimm war dann der Moment als ich in der Apotheke war und mir gesagt wurde, die verschriebenen Medikamente seien NICHT von der Krankenkasse gedeckt. Also auch wieder von der Ärztin nicht zum Wohl des Patienten gehandelt. Denn in der Apotheke wurde mir dann ein gleichwertiges Medikament mit gleicher Wirkung empfohlen, welches von der KK übernommen wird. Werde den Arzt nicht wieder besuchen.
