DO NOT RENT BIKE /E-BIKE FROM HAPPY BIKE SHOP ! Bad experience ever... we rented 2 e-bike in Flims shop, after drive of 20 minutes motor stop working, we had to reset each time the motor, continue biking to the summit, motor stop to work error message show in console, couldn't reach the shop, no network in this area . bike to the shop without motor, when ask about this problem we have told that it common problem and we should contact them, when we ask if its common why client are not inform before renting, we did not get a reasonable answer, we're ignore by the owner of the shop once you paid the money, they don't care, ignore email and phone call. Never saw such a shameful behave , awful client service oriented ! once you paid you simply doesn't exist anymore. This is shop owner way to treat his customer. There is other shop which you can rent e-bike with great value for your money. this is my first time that i give such a negative feedback, but this shop are well deserve it.

KAUFEN SIE HIER KEIN FAHRRAD / DO NOT BUY HERE We bought a bike 2 weeks ago. I explicitly asked whether we could come back if there was any problem (as sometimes happens with new bikes). There was a couple of problems (due to the bike being poorly assembled!) so we went back and they charged us for their time (when it was them who did a bad job in the first place, hello??). They insisted on charging even after we asked how it could be that this wasn’t covered as it is a new bike. Horrible experience, very shady business. PS: When we bought the bike they tried to charged us for 50CHF more than the price of the bike. I thought it was a mistake, but I’m not sure anymore...
I went there looking for two empty bike boxes (to ship some bicycles) and they were very friendly and even emptied one box (that still had a bicycle in it) so that they could help me. Excellent!
