I went to the store to ask for several samples of makeup and additionally purchased quite some products the same day. To my surprise, they charged me 18 CHF for five samples without notifying me in advance only because I found the amount charged to be higher than expected so I inquired the reason. Additionally, one of the products I purchased was on sale and I only realized later when I got home that the product (with SPF as active ingredient) was expired. After this experience, I felt I was ripped off. So, the next day, I went back to the store to claim a refund for the expired product. They told me that they don’t reimburse for products on sale and the fact that was expired was the reason why it was on sale and that I could still use it without issues. I expect a certain quality for all the products I buy and certainly I was very disappointed and refused to use a product that is expired. After quite some debate, the shop reimbursed me. Your terms and conditions don’t mention anything about not being able to refund a product on sale (See Rückgaberecht: «Bei Artikeln, die in unserem Laden in Zürich erworben wurden, garantieren wir Ihnen ein 7-tägiges Rückgaberecht bei ungeöffneter und einwandfreier Ware»). Plus, you should not even sell products that are expired! I only ask you to improve on your customer service and transparency.

Just had my lashes dyed there (35 CHF) and the result is perfect. In general they have a very welcoming atmosphere and great choice of natural beauty products and treatments for fair prices. I will definitly come back!
