Products: good Price: good Delivery: guys you need to seriously improve on this one if you want me to order from you again. I became a new customer of Farmy during the COVID-19 lockdown times. I was excited to support small business. I like the idea of shopping from farms and small producers to help. I am a patient customer, but there is limit in my expectations, which I cannot go lower. From a home delivery business the first basic minimum expectation is that they are able to find the address. I do not have the patience and time to hunt the delivery across the neighbouring street, even though I provided clear description on finding our address. First time I didn't complain but the 2nd time I expected you would find us.

I love Farmy! It is an awesome company that cares a lot about customers, and regularly goes above and beyond. Product range is good, it is the only place in Zürich where I can find certain items, delivery is efficient, communication is highly responsive and friendly. Very grateful they exist, would give 6 stars if I could.

I order all my fruits and veggies from farmy. They always deliver them fresh from the farmer which makes them last quite a bit longer then when I buy from coop or migros. I really appreciate their effort in low waste. The fruits and veggies arrive in either a bio degradable bag or in a normal paper bag. The paper bags and all other materials you can give back to farmy next time you order. I am also very happy with the vegan section they have which has a lot of range from small producers.

Very good on the whole - good green approach. They have a far wider selection of fresh food that the rest, and in most cases better quality. Cheese and meat is particularly good. The best bit is they give you a 30 min delivery window.

On a friend's recommendation, we started using Farmy during the corona lockdown, and never stopped. We've been 100% happy with Farmy. All the food is fresh and delicious. Friendly couriers bring the deliveries on time–driving small electric vehicles! If the prices are a bit higher than in the regular supermarkets, they aren't higher than in health food stores or other farm-type markets. We gladly pay more for regional & seasonal bio products. We re-use the re-cylable plastic bags or return them along with all the other packaging and ice-packs with each next delivery, no problem. (The ice-packs even came in handy once for a bruised grandchild!) Only once did I have a problem with the website, but it was resolved instantly through a phone call with a friendly & knowledgeable staff member, who walked me through the steps as I sat at my computer. Further pluses: My email queries have always received prompt & personal replies (no robot-type answers). From time to time, Farmy offers free fresh seasonal fruits. They have a point system (\eggs\), the value of which can be applied to one's own purchases or donated to non-profit organizations. And finally Farmy's (email) news letter is truly interesting and informative. What more could one want? Thank you, Farmy!

Once you farmy, you cant stop! Its very easy to make orders and to have a subscription, it takes the grocery pressure of your mind! And if youre like me and want to support local farms and products - theyre the place to go! If youre like me and want to discover new tastes - they have it! HUUUGE variety of products and producers. I was not disappointed once. They communicate clearly delivery times and you can always get back for updates. They sometimes put little \thank you\ notes with the order and I think its thoughtful. please remember to donate your \eggs\ for the causes you believe in! Farmy slowly becomes a community.

I am very satisfied with Farmy. I order our fruits, vegetables, and milk products from Farmy since January 2020 and we are always happy with what we receive. I like that we can always return the packaging material during the next delivery and that the amount of plastic garbage in our household has dropped significantly since we stopped buying fruits and vegetables in the supermarket! The products are always very fresh and they last much longer compared to those from our Migros.
