I was not happy with the end result of my treatment. After spending lots of money and doing over 6 laser treatments for some scarring, I still have visible and red scars. The clinic claimed there was an 80% improvement, however based on the photos it tells a different story. I asked for clarification multiple times from this clinic but they don’t respond, but instead keep sending me a bill for some service I didn’t ask for. I have called the clinic manager many times and every time I’m told he will call me back, but he never does. Even the Dr. does not respond to my emails. It seems this clinic only cares about money. Very unfortunate and disappointing experience. Only good thing about this place is the nice and friendly people working at the reception.

Visited a clinic for the first time here in Zurich, Switzerland and the experience was good as opposed to what i’ve been told being a foreigner who doesn’t speak their official languages. From the time i called for an appointment to my actual visit, I was able to speak to all the staff and doctor in proper English and they were all very nice and accommodating. And the clinic was in a house with 2 floors which is a first time for me to experience but it was really pretty, nice and comfortable unlike the typical clinic...but i don’t know maybe because it was dermatology clinic. Anyway just wanted to share that my first time overall experience was good but I have yet to find out if the medication and instructions given to me will be effective... and hope so! because I’m sick and tired of it!

Nach einer Verbrennung, die sich stark entzündete bekam ich schnell und unkomplizierten eine kompetenten Rat in der Praxis Dr. Rümmelein. Wenige Tage nach Behandlungsbeginn war die Entzündung weg und es ist auch fast keine Narbe mehr zu sehen! Doch nicht nur die Behandlung war super, man fühlte sich in der ganzen Praxis sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Praxis ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und das Team ist super lieb!

Mir konnte nicht geholfen werden und statt ehrlich zu sein und zuzugeben, dass man nicht weiss was die Ursache meines Hautproblems ist, wurden ohne mich über die Kosten aufzuklären aufwändige Tests durchgeführt, welche zu keinem Ergebnis führten. Am Ende habe ich eine Rechnung von über 500 Franken erhalten ohne auch nur ein wenig schlauer zu sein. Ich hätte mir mehr Transparenz bzgl. Kosten und Chancen auf eine brauchbare Diagnose gewünscht.
