Excellent experience, i felt welcomed, safe, listened to and was not prescribed any unnecessary medications or further testing, as non was needed. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Annette to anyone who is looking for a otolaryngologist.

This doctor definitely needs better bedside manners! I recently visited Dr. Strittmatter for an emergency involving sudden hearing loss after finding a recommendation for her on an English speaking forum in Switzerland. The potential solution for this emergency was either waiting to see if it resolved itself or a corticosteroid injection into my eardrum for which she referred me to a hospital. I was understandably a little freaked out by both the diagnosis of substantial hearing loss and the prospect of an injection into my eardrum, having never had any ear problems before. So I asked a few questions regarding options and risks of waiting etc which appeared to annoy her even though there were no other patients queuing up behind me at the time. I am also 24 weeks pregnant and constantly thirsty so I asked for a glass of water where upon she told me “ well there is the WC”. I then asked for a glass in which to get water from the sink, whereupon she rudely told me that all her staff wee busy and that they would attend to me when they could. Her assistant was much more pleasant and friendlier and did get me a glass of water.
Ich muss sagen, ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Behanndlung von Frau Dr Vass Strittmatter. Ich konnte sehr kurzfristig vorbeikommen und wir haben mein Ohrproblem relativ schnell lösen können. Ich kann nach einem Monat immer noch sagen, dass alles ok ist. Vielen Dank dafür. 100% Empfehlung
Super Ärztin, trotz dass ich spontan einen \Zwischen-Termin\ bekommen habe hat sie sich viel Zeit genommen und mir genau erklärt woher meine Beschwerden kommen und mir direkt eine Lösung angeboten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder zu ihr gehen und fühle mich dort sehr wohl.
Hallo meine Freunde, wenn ihr Schmerzen habt nicht verzagen Dr. Vass fragen ;-) eine Ärztin die nicht auf Profit ist. Sie nimmt sich die Zeit für dich und sagt dir, wie man am besten vorgeht und das meistens auf natürliche weise was ich an ihr sehr schätze Woow :-). Ich bin froh vor 6 Jahren auf Sie gestoßen zu sein. Miaou
Frau Vass ist eine sehr kompetente Ärztin, die feinfühlig auf meine Anliegen eingeht. Ich würde immer wieder zu ihr gehen und kann sie vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen.
Frau Doktor Vass ist eine äusserst angenehme Ärztin. Sie nimmt sich Zeit, um Fragen zu beantworten und hat mir sehr geholfen bei der Behandlung von Ohrenschmerzen mit Hörverminderung. Wer eine sehr nette und kompetente Hals-/Nasen-/Ohrenärztin sucht, ist bei ihr bestens aufgehoben!
