The newly renovated store in Zurich is absolutely stunning. Staff are lovely. My wife made a purchase here (about 500 Francs which is not a lot for many Dior customers) and they still made us feel like we were their most important customers in the world. Always appreciate when a store treats everyone with respect and not just those dropping obscene amounts of money.

very disappointing service , a woman who came to me, asked What are you looking for? ...sunglasses ....Well, go ahead ! I had to look for sunglasses by my own , she did not offer me anything ....No alternative options , no advice .... I would gladly return them back because the quality is simply cheap , 350.- fils like 5.- but they don’t return money back...you can just exchange it... Another moment in the fact ! that they did not give me a new pair of sunglassey, she gave me the pair that was in the shop window, thousands persons have tried them before me, and I'm looking for the bottom line !that when I opened the packaging at home , there were fingerprints and rest of makeup On the glasses !!!!which this consultant did not even cleans up !it feels like this person has never worked in a luxury store ! for example in Gucci boutique Every time you try a new sunglasses a consultant disinfects them ! What they don’t in Dior , nobody disinfect the sunglasses before I try them! but moreover, she didn't even notice to me that these are not new glasses! I would never take a sample like this !
