While the doctor herself was competent, I can't recommend Dermanence because of their office. They marked the invoices incorrectly, resulting in the insurance not covering it. Repeated mails don't get answered. Correction: the 3rd mail was finally answered, adding a star.
I left the office thinking, was this real? This was an excellent experience. The atmosphere is positive and friendly and I was processed as a new patient seamlessly. Dr. Meli was amazing, took time and answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and attentive. I couldn’t recommend more. Also no difficulty with communication in English with doctor and front desk. I’m so thankful to find this practice. Thank you Dr. Meli and staff!
had a bad experience when i called them to check thetthe bill, lady on the phone was rude .(maybe language issue ) update: i checked again my phone and there was no sms received from the clinic as i didnt leave my phone no. and address from the first place. (but anyways clinic get my address and send me the bill) When i called the reception i was surprised that she told me to check the dictionary if i dun understand something and educated me this isnt only the rule of this clinic. it is the rule of whole Switzerland. i had no intention to be rude bc i know this wasnt her fault i just wanted to check the bill. i understand this was my fault i didnt call to cancel i have no one to blame i totally understood this was my responsibility. my comment was hoping this will raise a bit of concern that it is not so polite to tell the customer to check the dictionary . overall, i am terrible sorry about the financial loss of the clinic because of my misbehavior.

Frau Dr. Dreier hat mich sehr kompetent und einfühlsam Beraten und ich habe mich nie übergangen gefühlt oder das meine Wünsche nicht respektiert wurden. Ausserdem sehr nettes Personal am Empfang und die Praxis ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich auch als Kassenpatient willkommen und nicht fehl am Platz.
Dr. Jil Dreier & Team hat mich bei meiner ersten Behandlung in der Dermanence Praxis positiv überrascht. Kompetent und freundlich hat sie sich Zeit genommen und sich gewissenhaft um mein Anliegen gekümmert.
