A homey little restaurant found in google search. As it has very good reviews so went to try with my colleagues as we wanted fondue. With no disappointment, I highly recommend Borni's Baizli!!! Dishes were delicious with good enough portion for sharing or having by yourself. The fondue was yummy and good to go with a glass beer or white wine. The chef cum restaurant owner was extremely nice and friendly man. He cooked and served us and even came back to check on us while we were eating to make sure everything's fine. Even the restaurant goers were super friendly as we met a table of local that tried to explain to us on the way fondue is to be eaten and made with their minimum English. One of them even bought us a shot of cherry liquor each to show their hospitality. Will definitely go back again as the restaurant on the whole are very welcoming!!! Thank you Mr. Chef!!!

We had a great evening. Wonderfully cooked cordon bleus and a very passionate owner. Make sure to have time to enjoy the huge portions and the atmosphere of the restaurant (best enjoyed with decent understanding of the German language)
I visited Borni's earlier this month and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The fondue was very good (many says it's the best in Zurich). It was my first time having fondue and I'm glad I had it in Borni's. The restaurant owner, Borni, is very friendly and has a very good relationship with his guests. He even poured me 2 glasses of (whisky?) on the house for welcoming me to Zurich! Very pleasant experience and I would love to visit again!
The waiter is nice and polite; however, it took me nearly one and half an hour to get my meal. I can tell the other table waited for quite a while as well. At first, I thought people were enjoy the drinks and eventually I realized most of them were waiting for their meal. It’s quite upset.

The wonderful cheese fondue and Fitness Salad with chicken were just amazing! We were so happy to find this sweet place through our hotel’s recommendation. We will definitely be back! Be sure to get the home made apple fritters for dessert.
Delicious authentic Swiss food.
We passed by and found the restaurant pretty clean and decent.The menu pretty simple but good.It offered good, causal and authentic Italian food. Overall, the price pretty reasonable and service quite attentive.I would recommend to check this out if you stay in the area.
