I’ve enjoyed a warm and friendly welcome. Later on, they brought me the requested products and the checkout was smooth and quick. The warm and very welcoming atmosphere is a contrast to the stores nowadays, where fast-moving goods are being sold and friendliness or active support is inexistent!
Great products but terrible customer service! I give 2 stars only because the quality is very good. But for that price I demand a 5 stars service.... There are many other jewelry shop otherwise that one could go.

Wonderful boutique in the middle of Zurich. The salespersons is well prepared and can speak four languages: french, german, english and italian. Every jewel is wonderfully presented.
