Did pickup a too good to go package here on the first of January. Not only was it mostly old bread, but the small rips did smell already very bad. Even more concerning: expired food seems to be miss labeled with the pickup date. Might already have been expired as underneath the date was from January (see pictures) not accusing anyone, might have been an honest mistake in labeling. But not trustworthy. In the end I had to throw all of the food away, since it did not appear save for human consumption. By far the absolute worst experience i had with the app and the people who gave out the likely spoiled food should reflect their behaviour and maybe do better next time. Not going here again, very disappointed! EDIT / UPDATE: Please ignore their response below. I reached out to them 2 days ago per email to give them a chance to emedying this situation\ , and have not heard back. Don't write things like that in your response, to make the impression you resolved the situation when you actually did not. that only makes things worse. Were done here, I will avoid your shop and recommend others to do the same. This is all outrageous...

Great local butcher and they also deliver! Wide selection of meats and cold cuts, including cheese.
Keller's signature Wiediker sausages are known well beyond Zurich for good reason. But don't reduce this butchery to sausages. Competent and friendly staff. Great store to have in the neighborhood. Not, that I would take a star away from this place because of the website: but showing the lunch menu on the web would be nice though.
