Is the best Southern BBQ restaurant in CH. The first experience was take-away for Thanksgiving and was so satisfied. I wanted to experience the full southern style, and was blown away with the brisket, sausage, and ribs. The brisket was exceptionally tender and moist and the ribs as well, just falling off the bone.The platters were ample and included sauces/sides...best mac and cheese I have had in a long time. The service is personal and very engaging with your experience. They really pick gem staff to work here, who love their work. It was nice eating at this location, I can say I want to visit again.

Brisket is an easy to access BBQ restaurant in Zürich. With a well stocked bar that serves pretty strong drinks and traditional in-house smoked BBQ set in an informal setting it's worth a visit. Among the dishes you find Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly, Shredded Chicken and Sausage. A combination platter with 3 of the dishes (min 2 persons) costs around 38 CHF/person. The large platter (see image) contains all of the above and costs around 47 CHF/person. Sides are Cole Slaw, Fries, Mac n Cheese, Fried Beans, Chili Cheese Fries and the like. The relaxed atmosphere and comfort food ensures a good experience, which leads to the weak 4 rating. I would rate the food as a 3.5. Bonus points for authentic cooking, but the 4 times I've been there, the food has always been on the dry side—which shouldn't be the case with these types of dishes. Maybe it's a problem of timing the long cooking times (up to 10h, which is on the short side) with when it gets served. I don't get the feeling the food comes straight from the smoker. I can easily make a better Pork Belly or Pulled Pork in my own oven(!) than what I get served here, and that shouldn't be the case. Still—worth a visit with good friends!

Really tasty and well cooked. Only complaint is the rather small portion of really well cooked brisket with great bark and jellied fat. Delicious! Great service and atmosphere

Great food and cocktails. The brisket itself has somehow improved in the past 3 years. The restaurant is also doing a really great job with Coronavirus measures compared to a lot of other restaurants in Zürich. A few tables are still available out back for the nicer days. We were given stuffed animals with hot water bottles inside last time, which I thought was a nice touch.

I've been to Brisket a few times, and the place delivers good food and drinks. Typically I would give this place 4-5 stars, but last Friday, we waited for over an hour for food to be served. Drinks also took time, and we had limited table service or asked if we wanted bread or some kind of service for such a long wait. There was also no acknowledgment of the long wait. Disappointed.
