Went to get some flowers for mother‘s day. they were open on a Sunday which was probably the only good thing i can say. There were a few older swiss customers there to which she was very friendly. To me (and my son) she was extremely hostile and did not offer any help at all. I picked a few flowers and asked for a colorful combination. „you have to decide yourself“ she answered. when i finally picked some she smirkingly commented „well, that is NOT colorful at all“ and made gestures towards the cash register. So I paid but told her I found her service very rude. Never again!
