Nonexistent service. Went to the upstairs level to look for a helmet and even though two or three staff members were there at the counter, they seemed more interested in hanging out among themselves. I tried to get someone’s attention to request advice but failed and left. Online shop is a bit better because I could call customer service (which appears to go to the main office in Austria) when I had a question, and on the phone the representative was very helpful.

Belive it or not, this Store is cheaper as most ONLINE Stores ! No kidding. Hundreds of Decks, complete Boards, Longboards, they must have close to a thousand Skateboards on the shelf. You can get a complete Board for around 100 CHF,- wich is almost unbelivable, shure the make thier Money mainly with clothing wich is OK. The Store itself is neat and clean, friendly Employees so there is no room for complaints. If you like Skates and you are in the Zurich area, go there, you wont regret it.

The shopping experience in the store is good and the staff are mostly helpful. Online not so much. One time I was looking for a specific size of a shoe that I'd like to buy, but they didn't have them in store. One of the staff was very helpful and said the shoe size that I was looking for was only available on online store. She didn't really know the difference between the different shoe size comparation, got the size mess up and I ended up ordering the wrong size shoes. I'm not going to blame her though, it's kinda confusing to know the different shoe sizes and I should've look it up first before I ordered them. The thing is, if I want to return them I have to pay return cost myself. I was a little bit upset, but it is what it is. I returned them with the return formular with my bank details on it. After three months of waiting I haven't received any payment back. I finally have got the time to email them about the payment and even include a photo of the return formular. They answered that I haven't given them my bank details and told me they have contacted me several times via email about my bank details. I've checked my inbox and spam regularly, but there weren't a single email I have received from them about the payment. I don't know who messed it up, I understand sometimes there are human errors or technical erros, but in this case there are a lot of errors that should've could be prevented from the beginning.

Was today at the Zurich Shop to get all the parts I needed for a skateboard, I built myself. The staff clearly knew what they were talking about and with all the advice they gave me, just perfect. Sure I need to \ install all the hardware\ to give a definite feedback but I have no doubt, that it will pan out Top Store,

Purchased Skis and bindings both from their shop because online it said they would mount for free. It turns out that because I bought them at separate times (two weeks apart) they won't mount them. Very misleading!

Shop is cool, visited it when I was in Zurich last year, but online shopping experience is a horror. First, the shipping charge is outrageous, other comparable European websites also use DHL express to ship to Hong Kong and only charges 18Euro, Blue Tomato charges 50 Euro. I ended up paying for it since other sites didn't have the size of helmet I wanted. Two days after transaction has gone through, I received email saying 1. shipping address is incomplete, 2. billing address is in a different country vs. the shipping address, so I would have to email my ID & card to proof I am the owner of the card. Both of these issues should have been addressed at point of sale. For the first issue, it's actually their own website that converted the address to non-english characters when it tried to verify my address. For the second, if it had been noted at POS, I would simply have used a different credit card. At the end, I basically had to cancel the order and then rebook using a different credit card. The nightmare doesn't end here, when I checked in on when the item will be shipped out, they advised me they will send it when it is stocked. So they basically ended up saying, after wasting two days, they don't even have the item on hand, and despite the fact I paid a high shipping fee, I will just have to wait until whenever they get the item. I have a week long snowboarding trip coming up next week, and I guess I will most likely not receive my helmet on time. Thanks a lot Blue Tomato.
