Nice space, very friendly staff, and great service. I can always manage to go at off peak-times (before 17h00 during the week) so I’ve never had any issues with waiting times.

They should really get more staff. Most of the time I go there's an hour plus wait time and you can't book so waste of your time, shame really as it's a nice place.
Staff is always friendly and professional. If you need to wait you can enjoy a sweet treat and flavored water reading a magazine. Fair prices.
Nice and affordable manicure. Needed to wait about 20 minutes as it is a walk in service, but I brought a book so the time went quickly. The hottest offered coffee, tea, water or wine while a waiting.

I came at 5:15 pm today for a manicure and pedicure and was told it was \impossible.\ They close at 7 pm and there was exactly one customer already there getting her nails done and one who had arrived directly before me. So it's impossible for them to provide service to 3 customers in nearly 2 hours. They are inadequately staffed and completely do not care about potential customers. Avoid!
I agree with all previous comments. Location and Design is top but it's the worse service I've ever received in Switzerland where the staff just doesn't care, let's you wait and are additionally rude. Can someone please change the operational ways (staff qualifications) as this place has high potential to actually be really trendy.
Waited an hour then another hour for a sk called manicure and pedicure. The girls were nice but such an unprofessional business operation so sk slow they lost so much money as thry are not efficient at all. And the quality of their work is very very poor. They have no idea what a manicure or pedicure is. Ive had hundreds around the world and these guys are the most amateur ive ever experienced. Do some training. With this productivity business wont be around much longer
