My husband and I visited the Baunat showroom in Zurich and ended up designing a custom piece with them. We are very happy with the overall experience and process. The advisor helped us create a beautiful ring, exactly how we wanted it at a very fair price. Their business model supports a more competitive pricing compared to high street shops.
I was searching for an engagement ring and found Baunat on the internet. Of course I was sceptical to start with - buying an engagement ring online..?! However the purchasing experience I made with Baunat was great, flawless. I met their Sales associate from Zurich at the Wedding Exhibition in Basel, she had already prepared the 3 rings I wanted to view \live\. I placed my order there and then and paid immediately. The ring was deliverd on schedule to promised quality and also the refund of the value-added tax, which Baunat promises on their website, happened after 1 day! During the entire process I sent multiply emails to the Sales Associate in Zurich and the Administrator in Antwerp, both were exceptionally quick and reliable in responding. I can only recommend Baunat for its Products and Service and without doubt will personally purchase future jewellery purchases with Baunat.

Die Firma Baunat bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Die Schmuckstücke sind wundervoll mit hochwertigen Materialien verarbeitet und eine wahre Augenweide. Man erhält ein entsprechendes Qualitäts-Zertifikat, und alles ist sehr hübsch verpackt. Der Kundenservice ist exzellent. Man wird von der Anfertigung bis zur Auslieferung des Schmuckstückes laufend informiert, sei es telefonisch oder via E-Mail. Für den Postversand wird das Paket auf einem hohen Standard verpackt. Ich kann die Firma Baunat sehr empfehlen!
