Odered on a Sunday at 2am. The delivery was getting late (1hour since we ordered) so we called. We got a guy telling us it was on the way. 30min went on and still no delivery. We get a call again, telling us that not only it's not on the way, but they're missing part of the order and don't offer to replace nor refund those. Even better we get yelled at by what seems to be their manager, cause you know he got the order wrong (über eat, kinda hard to not understand) but it's the client fault anyway. Food arrived barely warm, with the wrong drinks, missing deserts. This place is a shame and I wouldn't advise to anyone to oder there. Even during the middle of the night, don't even try it, just order somewhere else or not at all. It will still be better than that kind of service.
Order on Uber eats. They accepted the order then canceled it an hour later when they were supposed to deliver. I called them they said I was too far. I live 15 mins away. Terrible customer service. It was canceled by the restaurant not Uber eats. Just lazy

One star to each business which is spamming us with unsolicited ads in our letter boxes even if it clearly states that we are not interested. Bad for the environment and it shows ignorance to wishes of (potential) customers. Why do they think this advertising tactic will ever work?
I give people alot of chances, and more then once my order has come wrong or very late (usually wet and half cold). This time, its enough.... Cold wet pizza and mozzarella sticks that you can bend like a wurst. All cold.... 33 chf im not getting back. Apologies but, This is the last time from me, kind regards from forchstrasse....
I like they have duck on the menu, and they have a gluten-free dessert that is also not full of sugar.
