The bus was late. I waited 10 min and then decided to walk. Then I look back and I saw the bus coming. I was running towards it and I was 5 meters away but it didn't stop (there was no other person in the station). The next bus was in 30 min so I decided to walk although I had a ticket bought. Lost my money and my time. Disgusting

I had my hands full of bags and it was raining, I tried to open the door but couldn’t. The driver did not open the door and drove away. I came right from the front of the tram. Tram nr 3, right before 20 o’clock today. Prices are high, many stops do not have benches.

Extremely limited for disabled people and mother's with strollers. The bar in the middle makes it impossible for a mother to carry alone the stroller. The bus drivers have no patience and close the doors while in the process of getting in the stroller!!! Horrible experience I had in this city.
