Worst approach in customer servicing, you do not have contract limit, but you have to announce 3 months in advance, and yes, they should be full calendar months. So think twice when selecting them. Luckily swisscom is setting up the fiber connection in Zug canton, so we can get read of quickline and their digital connection which 29.9 francs a month all in all 90 CHF per month is rubbery. And my quickline cockpit never worked, so it is useless... One more point is you have to use their router as it is connecting to coaxial cable, and in case you need your own one you will have to plug 2 routers same time. Ridiculous solution for the 90 CHF a month...

Have a working 250/25 connection (and could have more) for a fair price whereas Swisscom and others weren't able to provide more than 15. Their support was very good without having to wait; and other thing I think is good is that is in Swiss German :)

The worse service of internet provider I’ve ever have. Leaving in Suursroffi in Rotkreuz - connection unstable, or very low bandwidth (base on test of internet speed) - in theory 100Mbits, in practice 1.6Mbits downloading (!?) Poor customer service - busy line, 2-3 days to get connection. Finally got connection. Reply from call center - we checked remotely everything is fine. We are not responsible and probably I changed something. Strenge - i didn’t touch cables and I am facing issue in entire house regardless it is LAN or WLAN etc. Not recommending!!!! After 6 years it is time to go to competition !

Update #2: The ping and the speed has increased. I will the test the speed for futher months, if it will be stable, then I will give you 5. Thank you for improving!

Lied about available channels, offered no help when I complained other than \call head office\. UX on their box is clunky and unintuitive, wifi has never reached above 20% of promised speed. Careful with the small print on any special offers as there is apparently no way to cancel after the fact without a 3 month wait.

Brauchst du Internet, Telefon oder Digital Fernsehesender nach wünschen? Ob alles im Kombi oder alleine. Ob mit Replay funktion oder sogar Aufnahme der Sender mit Box . Auch wird noch was fürs Zusatzsenderpaket geboten wer möchte ohne zwang? Auch Sender kündigen ist kein Problem. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist wenn Zuviel Leute sind braucht man ein wenig Geduld und wird am Schluss belohnt. Ich bin schon seit jahren Stanmkundin von Quickline und hatte nie grösser Probleme und Einschränkungen. Herzlichen Dank
