Best Cycling Shop in Zug with nice interior. Very friendly guys and excellent bikes & equipment! If you need something for biking or a service for your actual bike, go there... BTW they have really nice coffee ;-)

First time buyer, absolute first class service. Excellent product description during the selection of my bike and excellent aftercare. I had to ship my bike and the guys took a very good care to pack it up nicely. Ivan, Lukas and Andras, thank you again for the excellent customer service.
Great shop
Nice shop, lot of good stuff, friendly people but very bad experience with service. Asked to change headset on my commuting bike: - initial assessment need only regrease - appointment one month after - take the bike on scheduled day - call during the morning: you need a new headset, we have to order next week then schedule another appointment - answer: no, thanks won't wait more for this repair, will change myself the headset - back to the shop: bike not ready, front brake cable disassembled, full of grease on the headset. Wait 5 minutes while removing the grease in excess and mounting the brake then pay and go - after 100m realize that the rear brake cable is over the handlebar other than following the usual route, go back to the shop - remove the handlebar and ensure the correct routing of cables, finally go home - back at home, fork and part of the frame dirty (grease used to try to fix the headset). Clean the bike. Time and money wasted, service to be done.
Very good mechanics and over all service. First experience - I did approach the guys with a rather unique service request (upgrading my non-branded bike) and it was hard for the guys to give me a reliable estimate. So if you don't have a run-of-the-mill standard service request just double check with the guys and err on the conservative side. My latest experience - I took my bike there to get the drive train cleaned and the quote I got was 45 CHF. While they were doing the job a couple of days later, I got a call that the drive train was very dirty. I ended up paying 110 CHF. I like to guys and the service but do not like the unreliable quotes you get. Although they also tightened one of the breaking cables I was disappointed that the actual cost were more than double the quote I received.
