We have to say we are VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED of V-Zug quality! We have 2 flats, the 1st one we decided to install of home appliances with Siemens and a V-Zug washing machine, and until now, more than 10 years after, all Siemens products still work well, but the V-Zug machine failed twice. On the 2nd flat in Zug, constructed 3 years later, thinking to support local products and while the price were more than double, we chose V-Zug appliances, many thousands per appliance, thinking they would be of better quality and endurance, of Swiss quality. While we didn't use this flat really, probably 10% of time, just after the warranty period, the oven's panel turned off, no display, the dishwasher row broke, and the fridge had a small issue. The reparation costed around 500 (or 600, we don't remember exact value) CHF. But then we have to be absent very often in other countries, about 2 years later when we reused the oven, we realized the oven panel display was off again, but of course the warranty time was over. This means every 2 years it will cost about 300 CHF to replace the oven panel. Shortly later, the fridge's door didn't close, another reparation costed 300 CHF. So until now, while all Siemens appliances in the 1st flat still work without problem, in the 3 years younger flat many V-Zug appliances are broken: oven's panel turns off, the fridge has ice condensed, the microwave's disk does not spin and the washing machine in the 1st flat is also broken. So highly paid appliances are they really worthy, and Swiss quality? Very disappointed!
