Terrible customer service. Do not answer to emails from clients. Charge horrendous fees on very standard services. Very poor value for money.

Zero star for customer service and overall support, just horrendous. Suggest to use banks that do not solely focused on high net worth individuals.

Great branch of UBS. After many struggles with other local banks in order to open the simplest of accounts as an expat, I found UBS Zug Geschäftsstelle incredibly helpful, thoughtful and efficient. I recommend them as possibly the only bank to consider if you are an expat, and as a fantastic option overall.

My review is for the employees, not UBS on the whole. This location employs stand-out professionals who are friendly and helpful. I have had to report lost ATM card, to deposit checks drawn on US banks, and to cash a check. Things that occur all day long in the States but not in Europe. If only the banks in Texas were half as efficient as this!

Great starting of cooperation ! Not recommending the bank. I set-up a company and wanted to order e-banking. I called couple of time, every time I've heard that the account manager will call me back. Didn't happened. When asked online where I can submit claim about poor service, I got answer from the bank that I need to send claim to the account manager I was complaining about - at least it made me laughing. When asked lady who advise me that about her name, she provided me only her first name. So far neither return call nor e-banking. Consider it above when choosing the bank for you company ! I will update post and tell you much such things takes.

Zentrale Lage in der Stadt Zug, gleich neben des Einkaufszentrum Metalli, Süd Seite. Parkplätze im Parkhaus unterhalb des Einkaufszentrum Metalli. Bancomat vorhanden. Alles Rollstuhl gängig. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Serviceleistungen sind gut und seriös. Meiner Meinung nach, die Beste Internationale Bank der Welt. Beste Zufriedenheit bei durchschnittlichen Preisen.
