I just used the track for a light run, so I can't say anything about the other athletic facilities. The green is well groomed, though. The field also has an outer track of wood chops (I'm sure there's a proper word for this, sorry) to get a trail-like running experience.

Great place, parking close by. Moms can drop off their kids to train and go shopping at the Herti Zentrum Mall...
