We will never come back to this clinic. The staff seems modern, friendly and professional yet this traumatic experience some years ago with this Asian dentist is still haunting us. Charged us TOO much for his mistake and then to compensate he offered us for what he calls a \free UV teeth whitening\ then charged us 600 chf for it. We were stunned.

Terrible customer service -\u003e Avoid them. Showed absolutely not effort to solve a situation but to invoice and cash in. I had to move an appointment because of virus / public transport travel restrictions. I did so well ahead of the cancellation deadline. I nevertheless eventually received an undue 100CHF invoice for no-show. I have since spent numerous phone calls and emails trying to have this invoice cancelled. Aside from being rude, they haven't shown any understanding whatsoever, nor willingness to solve the situation and keep insisting on having the undue invoice paid.
They do not response for the emails. Zero contact. You pay for something what is not done, ridiculous!

Ich war da Patientin und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe eine Krone machen lassen und diese Sitzt seit da perfekt. Ich war vor allem von der einfühlsamen Art des Zahnarztes begeistert. Dazu ist es eine sehr moderne, schön helle Praxis mit Super Standort.
