Absolutely AMAZING Doctor ! Far superior to anybody else I know. I am using fillers and esthetic medicine since 10 years, always done at top doctors. Now, since one year i was searching for a solution for loss of volume in the face, ageing, sagging, but the classical filler solutions would not help. Dr Kerbler with her way of delivering MD codes was able to do what nobody else could and rebuild the face for a beautiful, natural, younger and healthier result. She is truly amazing. Highly knowledgeable. And with impeccable execution. I almost never write reviews, except when extremely extremely extremely good or bad. But I am so happy with the result and grateful to Dr Kerbler, so I wanted to share my experience. I would never go to anyone else.

I liked the acne scar removal treatment at Avorya and would like to share some of my experience. I hope it would be useful since there is limited information on their website regarding laser scar removal (it makes sense since scars vary largely.). - First-time consulting: This is a must and the cost for this consulting is covered by the insurance. During the consulting Dr. Kerbler explained me the functions of each type laser, possible side effects, importance of sun protection, and made recommendations and their corresponding prices (CO2 laser for face: 850-more than 1kCHF per treatment; Infini: similar price, plus a one-time 200 CHF for buying the needle). - CO2 treatment: first of all, half an hour waiting for the numbing cream to take effect; then 10min treatment: during the treatment I had some endurable pain and it smelled like burning; then I got some spray and gel which help with calming and healing; then payment. - Post treatment: I was encouraged to update Dr. Kerbler of how I feel and she was very helpful via Whatsapp; they also offer some light treatment to help with healing (I didn't do it); I was also told to come back after 4 weeks for a post-treatment check (I haven't done it yet). In general I was happy with the whole process, but some suggestions would be (1) make the prices clearer during the first-time consulting, including the post-treatment gel etc. Maybe with a customized/personalized price list, so that the patient has something to refer to after the consulting. (2) Maybe offer some discounts for making multiple appointments at one time (e.g. for scar treatment it is recommended to do it 3-5 times).

After several years fighting with acne problem as adult and several visits to dermatologists I found Dr. Kerbler based on google reviews. The praxis is very elegant, the front staff is very charming. Dr. Kerbler and Frau Storto are very nice and excellent professional, they helped me with my acne problem. Finally I can say that visiting to a dermatologist was worth. I would recommend Avorya to anyone with skin problems.
