We had the room with view on the Matterhorn, beautiful little studio, very clean, nice staff in the hotel and very competent in English, French, German & Italian. Only thing is the kitchen lacks of couple of ustensiles such as bread knife and pans/pots... The prices are very affordable and the access to the wellness (pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam) for 10.- is very appreciable to relax after a ski-day in the amazing station.

Room smelly, bathroom ventilation smelled like smoke. Cleanliness could be improved, some trash on balcony and glass sliding door in bathroom a lot of fatty stains. nice view from balcony.
Lovely property. Clean and spacious apartment with a view of the Matterhorn. It’s a 8 to 10 mins walk from the city centre. The green bus line bus stop that takes you to the gondola for the Matterhorn glacier paradise experience is a minute walk from the property. It is good value for money and staff are very helpful too. The only one thing I’d like the hotel to improve on is their pillows:)
great place with the view, bit away from the centre & bathroom can do with an update, but otherwise a perfect base for Zermatt area.

Most affordable place in Zermatt with views of the Matterhorn! Clean, comfortable and close to everything. You even get access to great pools and a spa at another location. We loved our stay and wished it was longer!
A comfortable place with nice views, luckily we can see the Matterhorn peak from the balcony. But when you arrive you should take the room key at the Best Western Hotel.
