Great hotel with excellent attention to service. I especially enjoyed the service in the Ski Room. Don't miss the Grill located on hotel. One of the best local steaks I have had in CH.

5 star hotel with 5 star service. Excellent service, very professional and they go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Very helpful concierge. Restaursnt Le Cervin Grill is also excellent with perfect service too. The breakfast is wonderful. Beautiful ambience at the breakfast area with very good coffee and food. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Our room was very comfortable and the hotel lived up to our expectations. The service was great, the food was great, and the bar was great (an excellent selection of whiskies!). One negative: Sadly, their pool is not open in the evenings. In summertime, when it's bright outside after 21:00, it would be nice to relax in the pool. That's really my only "complaint." Still, five stars for this hotel.

What a treat! This is a beautiful hotel, with a very high level of service without pretension. Our room is large and comfortable, with a view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet is generous. We have enjoyed lunch on the terrace, and afternoon tea and evening drinks in Joseph's bar, which has live piano music in the evenings. We look forward to using the spectacular pool and spa. Special thanks to Jurani, whose service went above and beyond.
