Today I visited the center due to severe tooth pain and I was assigned to Mrs Fox. She examined and said she could shave the tooth to help with pressure, and after max 5 mins of this procedure I told her that I still feel the pain and she told me that we could try to replace the existing filling or do a root canal treatment. I told that I prefer to try to replace the filling (I was thinking we are doing this in this appointment as it has been only 5 mins since I saw her) and she told me to see how it goes and to book a new appointment in 2 weeks. I clearly told her that I am in pain, and I came to ask help, and it cannot be that the only way to help me is to tell me 'please book an appointment in 2 weeks'. I was expecting to replace that filling today or at least to offer me some sort of relief. The last time I was at zahnarztzentrum (probably 4-5 years ago) I got a wrong filling and had to travel to Turkey to fix it, and now this second experience. I know I will never enter through their door again. I do not recommend.

I had a complicated series of procedures performed by Dr Levent Fidan which concluded last week. Not only did the finished results have to be practically perfect but also aesthetically perfect. I was very hesitant before-hand because I knew that it was going to be very difficult to achieve a satisfying aesthetic result because of my previous dental work. Along with his lovely and very capable assistant Wenke Kuhne, Dr Fidan somehow managed to achieve the impossible and gave me absolute perfection. His results were practical, natural and most importantly very very beautiful. I cannot recommend Dr Levent Fidan and his Assistant Wenke Kuhne more highly. I am (and was) a very difficult patient; and he gave me results far beyond my expectations. 5/5 for Practical Dentistry and Aesthetic Dentistry .
Today i really disappointed about this place. They called to me to have a reservation to clean my tooth. I came early and when my turn to clean. Before clean i told with dentist i have 2 faketeeh Actually more than 2 years i did not have time to clean my tooth and she clean so hurt. She say she know English but the first impression she said i drink the water to gargle but lucky i understand “ drink” it méan gargle and start to clean I always sign my finger to say stop because sometimes it hurt it is normal. She cleaned around , later she want to clean all the hold by tool and it around my fake teeth and i feel hurt. She said i come here to clean that and i have to try and i said i stop i dont want more. I gargle many times because feel blood much more. And i want to go home.But finish without make carefully again and she take out her glove so quick and have bad attitude although she said goodbye with a smile. I don’t know because i am an Asian or how is it? But i cleaned before i never feel hurt like this. I will never come again this place. I have money too pay i dont beg to do that. So sad
i clean my teeth regularly in this clinic , they are very nice , the most things i like it over there is the working time .
Today I visited the clinic after taking an appointment. I'm retired professor studied social and community medicines. I was quite disappointed by the way the dentist just pulled out without any proper evaluation as it would be done in an dental camp in Africa. The lady is senior but lacks expertise...I would not recommend any of my friends to visit your clinic..very mediocre lacks professionalism
Super freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Fühle mich als neuer Kunde sehr Willkommen. Die Praxis ist mit dem Standort Bern Bhf natürlich sehr zentral gelegen. Von der Einrichtung her ist alles sehr modern und sauber.
Super Praxis bin sehr zufrieden gehen super auf die Patienten ein. Frau Vetter finde ich eine super nette Zahnärztin hat eine Ruhige liebe Art. Alles bestens kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
Leider eine schlechte Erfahrung diese Zahnarztpraxis zu besuchen. Nachdem man pünktlich nach vereinbarten Termin in der Praxis erschienen ist, wird (aufgrund der aktuellen Situation mit Covid-19) das Fieber gemessen, ein Fragebogen bezüglich Vorerkrankungen muss ausgefüllt werden usw., was im Gesamten schon etwa 15min dauert. Danach wird einem vorgeworfen man sei 15min zu spät. Nach 30min Dentalreinigung und vereinbarten Stunde wird die Reinigung beendet, anschliessend kriegt man aber eine Rechunung über 60min Reinigung. Alles in allem unfreundlich und extrem teuer.
