Ordered 5 items, one was already not working to begin with. a second one only works partially and the 3rd starts to vibrate even though it's turned off, so must be defect as well. I had to return the broken item and got a voucher, instead of sending me the same item, which they suddenly are not selling any more, but is still visible on their website. I also had to pay for the postage which most other stores would have paid for. Since I don't want to buy from them any more, I can now say bye bye to CHF 89.90. Worst service and products ever.

When I opened the article, I noticed that JouJou.ch sent me the wrong product. I quickly contacted customer support, they acknowledged their mistake, but the best solution they proposed to me - was to sent back the article that I already opened up, which I obviously touched with my hands (!!!), and get a store credit. This is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary for this industry especially during COVID-19. If you would like to receive a very delicate and intimate product that some other customer already touched and returned - buy at JouJou.ch.
Ich werde niemals mehr dort bestellen!!! Ihnen ist die Kundenzufriedenheit überhaupt nicht wichtig, sondern nur das Geld. Arrogantere Menschen habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gesehen!! Ich möchte nicht ins Detail gehen. Hätte ich die Zeit, wäre ich schon lange gegen diese firma mit einem Anwalt vorgegangen. Die sind keinen stern wert. Wenn ihr etwas bestellt und unzufrieden seid habt ihr verloren!!
Das Widerrufsrecht, das den Kunden und Kundinnen eingeräumt wird, war in meinem Fall nichts Wert. Wie soll die Kundschaft ein Produkt beurteilen, das in einer kleinen braunen Kartonschachtel eingepackt und mit zwei Kontrolletiketten (Siegel) versehen ist. Die Schachtel müsste man röntgen und dennoch sähe man nicht, wie das Produkt bei Lichte betrachtet aussieht. Doch dieses Unternehmen veräppelt nicht nur die Kundschaft. Das erste Antwort-E-Mail war entweder ein Standard-E-Mail, das auf mein Anliegen gar nicht eingegangen ist, oder es wäre sehr unfreundlich geschrieben. Auf meine zweite Rückfrage wurde mir nicht mehr geantwortet. Zusammengefasst: Ich empfehle allen, bei diesem Unternehmen nichts zu kaufen.
Inadmissible, j’ai eu donné pas mal d’argent en peu de temps! Et avec un défaut sur un de leur article du genre coupant, dangereux, mais seul manière de sans rendre compte est bien évidemment d’ouvrir l’article. Bien évidement cela les protègent au niveau de leur charte et me réponde, dommage pour vous.. merci du geste commercial de 40chf alors que je demandais simplement un avoir après leur avoir rendu leur objet coupant pour les parties intimes! Bravo joujou.ch et honteux...
Produkte von sehr schlechter Qualität. Auch die Ersatzlieferung funktioniert nicht. Geld zurück gibt es nicht, nur als Gutschein. So einen schlechten Kundenservice habe ich noch selten erlebt und würde nie wieder etwas hier bestellen.
Produits de très mauvaise qualité. Reçu avec 15 jours de retard. Je ne conseil pas ce site.
LE SITE... , vraiment, le meilleur site pour objet érotique de Suisse..., online (site) claire et fonctionnel, info bien détailler sur les articles, prix correcte par rapport à la concurrences, livraison rapide et discrète, et cerise dans la bouche...après une rapide visite à Yverdon au shops, des locaux très propres et bien rangé, SAV efficace et très rapide, collaboratrices sympa et multilingue , pour des Welches bravo ;-)) seule regret, on peut pas visiter les rayons pour ce faire des envies... je recommande ce site... moi, Marquis de Shade ;-))
