Mrs Hochl is characterized by complete lack of empathy and consideration! You need to be aware about overcharging, of course in a way that you cannot protect yourself. Her typical response to justify her greediness is “I invested many years to acquire this knowledge!“ Which is a total nonsense when you talk to a doctor who spend much more years to get the required knowledge for his profession and charges a fraction of what she does to go in the middle of the night to safe lives! Definitely a person to avoid! I am sure you can find someone better! Unfortunately there is not an option of zero stars!
