Absolutely terrible experience. Never go here. The doctors are incompetent. They wouldn't believe me what I had, until I made them take a blood test to prove it and then they finally agreed that I have a bacterial infection and were willing to prescribe me the needed medicine. Next time it happened still wouldnt perscibe me the medicine and said my body needs to fight it naturally... if I wanted to fight it naturally I would not be taking time from my weekend to come here. Waste of time.

2 Hours waiting time?! With just 4 patients in front of us, to wait 2 hours is outrageous! Apparently there is only one doctor attending. But even do, must be a slow one. The subsidiary in Oerlikon is much faster. If you have the chance, go there.

Ich war schon mehrfach in der Permanence, sehr freundliches, kompetentes Team, vor allem Dr Speck möchte ich herzlichen Dank sagen. Bin gestern erst wieder wegen einem Treppensturz da gewesen, super nette Damen an der Anmeldung, kompetente Untersuchung und Röntgen ist erfolgt. Die Menschen die sich hier ständig über die Wartezeit aufregen sind einfach nur respektlos, arbeitet mal selber im diesem Bereich, dann ändert sich eure Sichtweise und Einstellung, oder geht mal in Deutschland in die Notaufnahme, dann wisst ihr wie gut ihr es in der Schweiz habt! Ihr seid ein tolles Team!
