After seeing other people on the shop floor switching the engines on, I assumed it was Ok and did the same. I was immediately approached by the owner and told to get out (no greeting, no explanation). I apologised and explained I am a first time buyer and saw others doing the same so thought it was normal to try the engine. He said they’re his staff so they can, i again apologised, they’re not wearing uniform I thought they were customers. He said I have 30 seconds to leave before he calls the police. I was in a complete state of shock! He was extremely rude and aggressive for no apparent reason. I can only assume this man was having a bad day and unfortunately I was at the receiving end It. If you can’t control your mood, don’t work in retail! After conducting more research the prices are inflated and there are other reviews complaining of the customer service. I wish I hadn’t bothered walking in.

Worse experience ever, bought a 7000 bike which broke 3 times in 3 months, last time the engine failed 3 days after the warranty finished and they didn’t want to fix it, I’m paying now another 3000 to rebuild the engine. I’ve heard they never buy genuine parts, they buy of eBay...I’ve visited 6 garages trying to get a good price for fixing my engine and all mechanics told me never to buy from that place no more....
Highly do NOT recommend. Unfriendly and even aggressive staff, not customer-oriented. The guys has refused to give the bike for a test drive, however it was agreed with him on the phone and written form a day before. When I was trying to speak up my point he even came up with nasty statements and all based on his \stomach feeling\. Was shocked and left the store, never had worse experience in my life. Especially when you buy not a cheap stuff.
Great selection of bikes, but after-sales service definitely not what you would expect as a customer.
An 2 Year old Yamaha YZF R3 cost here more than the General Importer for Yamaha / Swiss ( Hoffstetter ) charges for a 2019 R3 Model with 0 km... that is just hillarious... ...and they offerd me 900,- for my FZR 600, she is in a Top conditionand has a lot of New parts, now that is almost insulting.
My experience was not so great.. I highly suggest if any transactions to keep vigilant eye on contract and product on delivery.. If not u ll get stuck for any flaws even thought if contract prevails.. N so buying from outside of winterthur...
