Maya, who owns the place with her husband Marcel, is a BOSS! She can chatter about anything under the sun, knock out a grade-A1 test shot of her latest roast, steer you to the best bean for your grinder, and discuss the relative merits of various cold-brew ratios - all while she makes BFFs with your insanely oversized dog. If you don't love this place, you don't like coffe. TBH, you probably don't like anything.
