So I only used their repair service once, but it was great. They only had one mechanic on duty, buried with work. But he was passionate, the type that wouldn't turn down a job. I asked to fix a mysterious creak on a carbon bike, same day. He did it, for less than quoted. Excellent!
Impossible to call a store. Only 1 phone number for all stores in Switzerland :( After 5 calls, I have finally someone.. yeahhhh. Very professional and friendly.

Qualitativ hervorragende Eigenmarke \Crosswave\. Habe mit Castelli verglichen und es ist exakt die gleiche Qualität, zumindest bei Rennrad-Hosen :) Komme gern wieder für Zubehörsachen
tolles team und Herr Vinci hat meinen renner \im vorbeifahren\ im nu wieder flott gemacht. im erdgeschoss umfangreiches bike-zubehör mit netter beratung und obergeschoss grosszügige ausstellung. v.a. findi als treuer migros-sportXX-bike-kunde toll, dass es hier auch eine gepflegte auswahl an gravel-bikes gibt - von fairen einsteiger-modellen bis edlen tretern im desinger-look. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GREAT SERVICE AND SELECTION of bikes and accesories here!
