I’m currently living in a building with two elevators under management from this company in Wallisellen, Switzerland. This morning at 09h08 I was stuck in one of the elevator alone without network. I pressed the “Alarmtaste” button once asking for help, around 45 minutes after no one came then I did shout to see if anyone around could help me to contact someone to help and seems no body could hear me, therefore I started pressing the Alarmtaste Button every 5 minutes, still no one was coming until my husband received my call and called the management office of the building and then they called this company sent someone. (I could barly had network as I stuck in between two floors, I kept moving my mobile to get the network....and finally made a phone call to my husband after tried getting the network for like 20 minutes.) The ridiculous thing is the lady told my husband that they didn’t received anything from me.(means the Alarmtaste button is NOT working.) Finally, the repairman save me out from the elevator at 11h15. After this experience, I’m very upset and totally disappointed, having accidents Is ok but I never thought I might not get out from the elevator due to the Emergency button which is not working at all. So please make sure this button is working, we don’t know when accidents will happen again. I will be really appreciated if you could fix it ASAP.

Die Qualität der Lifte lässt zu wünschen übrig werden nur mangelhaft gewartet. Kein fahrkomfort. Beim Support ist sehr sehr langes warten und extrem unfreuntliche beratung Tagesordnung. Ganz miserabel und nicht zu empfehlen. Nie mehr!

Anfängliche Probleme nach der Modernisierung der Liftanlage wurden durch die Techniker der Firma AS Aufzüge professionell gelöst, der Lift läuft tiptop.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit AS Aufzüge AG hat sehr gut funktioniert und harmoniert. Von der Ausarbeitung der Offerterstellung, Projektbegleitung bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort hat in puncto Qualität und Terminen gut funktioniert. Bei einem der Aufzugsanlagen musste das Gegengewicht mehrmals eingestellt werden; dies aber weil ein anderer Kabinenboden eingebaut wurde als geplant war (dünnere Steinplatten). Doch alles wurde professionell abgearbeitet. Gute Leistung!
Wenn andere keine Lösung mehr haben, fangt es bei AS Aufzüge erst an. Speziallösungen immer vorhanden. Geht nicht, gibts nicht. Absolut kompetente Fachleute mit guten Ideen. So macht es Freude sich auf diesen Partner verlassen zu können.
