This was by far one of the worst customer-phone-calls ever. We were about to order something as we got told to buy our stuff somewhere else, in a VERY VERY unpleasant tone. Absolutely NOT okay! Shame on you.

Worst art material ever. Bought a layout sketchbook that cost 15.- and that was very low quality. I'm super disappointed and seriously mad.
I called this location was placed on hold while I could hear the two co workers laughing and having a silly conversation then was hung up on. I called again, the worker was very rude and hung up again. Whatever this place is, don't waste your time with them.
