Top e-shop and superb customer service! Last week I made my first order, and unfortunately, I was very unlucky with the Post service (A-Post, express delivery) because they confirmed my shipment was delivered in their system even though they did not deliver it! Fortunately, the Perfecthair.ch customer service team handled my situation as pros and they offered to send me my order again via registered post and without issuing new invoice! I received my order the next day. \u003c3 Totally recommended!

Unfortunately my experience with this online store was terrible. I made 2 purchases in the online store and BOTH, were sent to the wrong address, however the address in my account is 100% correct. I sent an e-mail to find out what happened and they ignored my e-mail....... Very strange because the site reputation looks good...... Maybe my bad luck, but twice is complicated.....

Sehr schlechter Service, warte sei 4 Wochen auf meine Lieferung, werde immer vertröstet... Einige Mails geschrieben, Antwort ihrerseits mit einer Standartantwort mit bitte um Geduld! Beim Telefonanruf warte ich schon seit 30 Min. für eine Verbindung, es heisst immer ich sei an erster Stelle in der Warteschlange und werde als nächstes durchgestellt!!! Es passiert NICHTS!!! Ich habe die Ware bezahlt und kriege keine Antwort wann und ob noch geliefert wird.
