Dr. Trüeb may be widely known but my experience with him was horrendous. My appointment ran 1 hour late and when I went in to see him, he was short-tempered and annoyed. I thought he was just having a bad day. With my next appointment he must have had a horrible month because he was rude, yelled at me (!) for asking a question, answered his phone and yelled at the person on the other line...he seemed so bothered that I was there. My third appointment was the same. I felt so horrible being there, as if I was a charity case and my condition was not treated at all because he neither paid attention to me, was busy yelling at his assistants, did not take me seriously but he did sold me products.

I had the worst experience there. I was waiting for three months to get my appointment with Prof. Dr. Trüeb. When finally I came there on my appointment day they told me that Dr. Trüeb is busy today and doesn't take patients (I actually saw him in the clinic). So I will have to have my appointment with another doctor, but I'll have to wait. So they told me that I can go and have coffee somewhere. Long story short I waited for 2,5 hours to finally have my appointment (with a different doctor! Why I had to wait for three months, I'll never know) And nobody apologized of course. They also don't work with insurances, so you have to pay for your appointment there. The staff is very rude, I think I've never experienced such a terrible service in Switzerland. I'll never coming back to this praxis.
Leider wurde uns die Praxis von Herrn Dr. Trüeb empfohlen und wir haben diese mit unserem Sohn besucht! Dr. Trüeb hat ohne genaue Untersuchung eine vorschnelle Diagnose gestellt. Weiter folgende Fragen per E-Mail bezüglich seiner Diagnose und seines Therapievorschlages wurden von Dr. Trüeb leider nicht mehr beantwortet! Telefonisch ist er für Patienten nicht erreichbar! Für ihn war die Behandlung nach der geforderten Barzahlung abgeschlossen! Für uns folgten einige Monate voller Kummer und Ungewissheit! Bis letztendlich die Erkenntnis kam, dass es sich glücklicherweise um einen ärztlichen Irrtum handelte und die Diagnose falsch war! Diesen hochgepriesenen Arzt, der sich als „Meister seines Faches“ sehr gut vermarktet, können wir keineswegs weiterempfehlen!
Unprofessionell und unfreundlich Kein Anrufbeantworter, wochenlang keine Rückmeldung auf Emails, dann mehrfache und sich überkreuzende Rückmeldungen, Terminabsagen (zwei bei einem Termin!), überlange Wartezeiten bei zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten im Warteraum, Erwartung einer Zahlung vor Ort ohne jegliche Vorinformation, und als Krönung dann noch mehrere Mahnungen erhalten - trotz längst erfolgter Zahlung - mit frechem Inhalt: "Bitte ersparen Sie uns und Ihnen die Beauftragung unseres Inkassobüros". Mein Tipp: Bitte ersparen Sie sich diese Praxis.
Professor Trueb ist ein absoluter Experte auf dem Gebiet des Haarausfalls und bietet im Gegensatz zu den meisten Dermatologen viele personalisierte Behandlungsmöglichkeiten an.
