5 stars, inspite of a couple of old-timers who still believe customers have to charm service out of them. The younger generation of staff compensate for these unfortunate people, so still worth 5 stars. To the management, Employing older people is something I support in general. But they have no right to expect me to beg for their attention. I'm an old-timer myself and I feel ashamed at my generation when I see this. A customer is a customer. Your older staff have no right to be selective. Compliments to your younger staff for compensating. Is that really what you want though??

Staff rushs to help you if your bike falls down accidentally in front of the store. Amazing service! Also: Huge selection of all the equipment you need as a newbie, and very friendly staff that provides honest advice.

I m very glad that I found Mark at the shop He is a great man,very good experience about the customer service, good patience level and if you would like to have some best suggestions then please look for him although the whole staff is very nice and the best part is that they speak good English as well. My personal experience is very very excellent and I highly recommend to go to this guy and get the purchases done.
