Simple european food with meat, salad, french fries, etc. Restaurant has nice terrace over looking fab mountain view. You could combine the hike from zugerberg to this restaurant so the food will be well worth it. Service was nice and attentive. Plenty of tables on the terrace and inside the restaurant. You can also drive there. Enough parkings outside.
Restaurant in very nice and scenic location. Friendly staff. Food is good quality for a fair price. There is a nice playground outside for the kids. Best way to get there is either by car from Walchwil or hiking along the Zugerberg from Vordergeissboden.
Really friendly staff and great traditional Swiss food. If you like seasonal meats, then this is a great choice. When it's sunny, there is a fabulous deck to look across Zug.

R Wonderful place to have a Fondue after a long walk
The location la nice with beautiful panorama if it is nice weather. Unfortunatelly the lady who served us was rude and unfriendly. I know in switzerland we cant expect the sunshine poeple, but in my case it was not correct and professional staff. Good luck if you go!
