I'm using VALEDO at home to improve back health and prevent from lower back pain. The accurate Feedback that I receive while playing and training are exciting and motivating. I've been using this device for my low back pain for 3 months, 20 minutes/day, and my lower back pain has been reduced; my low back mobility has increased and I have more range of motion for my entire spine. It's a fun product to use, because you use in a game setting performing physical therapy exercises safely. I finally was able to restart playing Basketball that I love particularly. Highly recommended.
